What Data you need to upload at Recur

At Recur in order to evaluate your company and make sure we are able to comply with all the investor requirements and get you the best bids we request these three data from every company

  1. Monthly MIS ( Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement)
  2. Invoicing Data 
  3. Bank Statements 

How to Upload Data

For MIS & Invoicing (Refer below to the financing software that you use)

  • Zoho: If you use Zoho for Invoicing/MIS, click on the Zoho option available on Data Vault and login to your Zoho account on the Zoho portal, this will sync your Zoho data directly. 
  • Tally: If you use Tally for Invoicing/MIS, export data easily from Tally using this document, after that upload that on Recur portal after clicking on the Tally option in Data Vault.

In case you do not use the above mentioned softwares, you can also upload the Excel sheet if you maintain your financials in them

For Bank Statement

  • Click on the Bank Statement tab in the data vault and upload your bank statements in the respective bank accounts in order to update you Data Vault.

Must-haves when uploading a document

In case you are uploading Excel file, please ensure that your data is in below mentioned formats

  • Having all line items(Particular, Legend or Sub-Legend) in the first columns of Excel file
  • Having all the date fields in the first row of Excel sheet

Things to note

Don't worry we use 256 Bits Bank level encryption in order to ensure that all your Data is safe & secure. Want us to permanently delete all your Data you can reach out to us at help@recur.club.
